Product Description
Materials:
- Case and tray made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) copolymer
- Corners and edges made of Thermoplastic Elastomer
- Shutter made of Polypropylene (PP)
- Interior lining made of densely piled fabric
Identification:
- Built-in memory carrier in tray (RFID tag)
- Protection against backscatter
- Lead plate, 150 μm
- Operating conditions
- Temperature: recommended 20-25 °C (acceptable: 15-30 °C)
- Relative humidity: recommended 30-60% (acceptable: 15-80%)
- Do not expose the cassettes to UV radiation or direct sunlight.
Plate design:
- Outer coating: A layer of high-resistance polyurethane applied by raster printing with crosslinking under electron beam exposure.
- Phosphor layer: (Ba,Sr)FBr0.85I0.15: Eu – phosphor with prolonged afterglow, embedded in a soft polymer, providing excellent mechanical properties of the phosphor layer.
- Base: Super white PET polymer film, coated with anti-halo dye, ensuring high sensitivity combined with high resolution.
